AJC Business Systems LLC ("AJC," "we," "us," or "our") is a company registered in Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, how we handle information when you visit ajcbusinesssystems.com, fill out a form (like our Free Business Systems Audit), or work with us on a project.

Before we start any project, we send a written agreement through DocuSign that spells out the scope of work, what data will be involved, and which third-party tools and platforms we'll use to build it. Work does not begin until that agreement is signed.

We'll always be upfront with you about what's possible and what isn't, and where your information will live. The specific privacy level of a project can vary depending on what you order and which third-party systems or API providers we use to deliver it, and we'll walk you through that before you commit.

Sensitive Information & Research

Sometimes building or improving a system requires research or testing. In those cases, we do not share your private or sensitive information with outside parties or tools. If a situation ever comes up where sharing that kind of information would genuinely help the work, we ask for your consent first and get it in writing before anything moves.

Put simply: your private information stays private unless you've clearly agreed otherwise.

Data Storage & Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, including secured hosting, access controls, and reputable third-party platforms. No method of sending or storing data online is ever completely secure, so while we take protection seriously, we can't promise absolute security of anything you share with us.

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as we actually need it, whether that's to serve an active client, meet legal and accounting obligations, or resolve a dispute. Once it's no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.

Client Account & Project Data

When we build, host, or maintain a system for you, such as a website, CRM, or automation workflow, any data stored inside that system belongs to you. For example, if we manage a CRM for you, your customers' contact information is yours, not ours. We only access it to build, maintain, fix, and support the system as agreed, and never for anything else.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, within legal and contractual limits
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" setting. There's no agreed-upon industry standard yet for how businesses should respond to it, so our website doesn't currently treat those signals any differently.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are meant for business owners and professionals, not children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we ever find out we have, we'll take reasonable steps to delete it.

State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have extra rights, like knowing what personal information is collected, requesting deletion, and not being treated differently for exercising those rights. We don't sell personal information, which limits some opt-out rights, but we'll honor any legitimate request the law entitles you to.

International Visitors

Our services are mainly for businesses in the United States. If you visit our site from outside the U.S., your information may be sent to, stored, and processed here, where our servers and service providers are located.

We may update this Privacy Policy now and then to reflect changes in how we work, the services we offer, or the law. The version posted on our website is the one that applies, and continuing to use our site or services after an update means you accept the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy, and any dispute that comes out of it, is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
